Scioto Country Club Dress Regulations
1916 Grille, Terraces & Donald Ross Room
Scioto Room — Adults Only
Founder's Ballroom, Scioto Room & Solarium Special Functions Smart Casual or Formal, depending on the Club function.
The Dress Code may be relaxed in the case of special parties, Club events, themed events, costume or otherwise, but only where announcements of such events specifically provide the dress may be other than what is defined for an area of the Club.
Golf attire, tennis attire, business attire with neatly pressed, properly fitted slacks with appropriate shirt with collar.
Business attire, sport coats or sweaters are welcomed with collared shirts and neatly pressed and properly fitted slacks. Ties are optional. Women may wear dresses and skirts, business suits, pant suits and dress slacks with appropriate tops.
Jackets and ties for gentlemen, including business suits or blazer with tie and dress slacks. For women, dresses and skirts, business suits, formal pant suits and dress pants with approp- riate tops. Boys and girls under age 12 are not required to be in formal attire.
Tasteful and properly fitted denim attire is permitted in certain areas of the Club's facilities. Frayed, mottled or "grunge" denims are not considered "tasteful" for these purposes. Rules for the various areas of the Club are as follows:
1916 Grille, Donald Ross Room & Terraces:
Casual dress is appropriate. Denim is permitted after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and anytime on weekends.
Casual dress during the golf season. From October 15 th through April 30 th (the non-golf season), proper Denim is permitted weekdays after 4:00 p.m. and anytime on weekends.
Founder's Ballroom, Scioto Room and Solarium:
Casual, smart casual or formal attire depending upon the Club/member sponsored event.
The pool deck allows casual dress, swimwear and proper denim attire at all times.
